Bio
Ashleigh Sizemore is a passionate voice teacher and performer with experience ranging from contemporary, to classical opera, to medieval. In 2016, Ashleigh graduated from the University of Kansas her BM degree in Vocal Performance with the instruction of Dr. Genaro Mendez, then in 2020, she finished her MM degree in Music performance from the University of Oregon through the instruction of Prof. Eric Mentzel. During her time at the University of Oregon, Ashleigh was awarded many performance opportunities, including the Moon Child in the premiere of Captain: A Chamber Opera by Susanna Payne-Passmore, Carolina in Il Matrimonio Segreto by Cimarosa, and Olympia in Les Contes d’Hoffmann by Offenbach. Other performance opportunities prior to her time at UO include the First Witch in Dido and Aeneas by Purcell and Shepherdess in Venus and Adonis by John Blow.
